Startup academy – A 15-week programme that has been specifically designed to accelerate the startup process by entrepreneurs through the universal steps required to build a company. Sessions are conducted by seasoned mentors and coaches working with entrepreneurs to launch their business.

Business solutions series – WEAC's monthly calendar of events provides entrepreneurs and business owner’s access to the knowledge, tools and connectivity that will support advancing any type of business, overcome the challenges that hold businesses back and the networking opportunities with the exact type of people that will help to grow your business.

Build-A-Business workshops – WEAC Zambia will help you expand your business idea, learn business model design, take your existing business to the next level and identify solutions that accelerate revenue growth. This workshop is a highly experiential, mentor driven programme designed to visually guide entrepreneurs through the universal steps required to design, test and build a successful business.

Pitch-O-Rama – Are you just starting your business and want to see if you have what it takes to get an investment? WEAC will select up to 10 businesses to present a two-minute pitch in front of a live audience and panel of judges comprised of experienced entrepreneurs and investors. This programme is designed to provide early stage women owned businesses a platform to showcase their business model and gain invaluable feedback. Winners receive cash prizes.

WEAC challenge – This business model competition is for women owned or co-founded businesses only and is open to any type of business idea. Entrepreneurs who compete are rewarded for tuning their idea into a viable business, going to market quickly, building a team, modifying their business model, and learning what drives customers and revenue. This challenge may just be the motivation you need to make your dream a reality!
