Projects
Chingola – Kasumbalesa Road
Supervision of works on the Chingola – Kasumbalesa road in the Copperbelt Province, Zimba Livingstone road in Southern Province, Serenje Mpika Road in Northern Province and Chipata – Nyimba Road are other road projects undertaken by Zulu Burrow Consulting.
Chipata – Nyimba Road
The design of the upgrading of Mumbwa – Landless corner (M20) road project is another recent project undertaken.
Kazungula Bridge
Zulu Burrow Consultancy was part of the seven joint venture consultancy team that included Nippon Koei Company Ltd, Chodai Company Ltd, Arcus GIBB(pty)Ltd, Bothagka Burrow Botswana (pty) and CPP Botswana (pty).
The scope of consultancy works included design, review of tender documentation and supervision of the construction of the Kazungula Bridge.
Lusaka and Livingstone International Airport
Air transportation projects undertaken are the design and supervision of the runway and taxiways at Lusaka International Airport and the rehabilitation and upgrading of Livingstone Airport into an International Airport.
Environmental impact assessments
Zulu Burrow Consulting work in association with Riverine Consultants, Chalo Environmental & Sustainable Development Consultants and Ruralnet, three firms specialising in conducting environmental impact assessments for feasibility studies carried out by the firm. Specific projects include:
- Feasibility study for the improvements and extensions to the access roads within the South Luangwa National Park and the Lupande Game Management Area
- Update of the environmental study of the T4 Road between Luangwa Bridge and Malawi Border
- Environmental Impact and Socio – Economic Study for the upgrading of Mumbwa - Landless corner (M20) road
- Environmental Impact and Socio – Economic Study for the Chipata – Lundazi Road
- Environmental impact study for the Mansa-Luwingu Road
