The following units are available: extra large 86 m3, large 66 m3, medium large 47 m3, medium small 36 m3 and small 16 m3.

Storage units

Roma Storage Solution's units are constructed from solid blocks and steel roofing, including 25mm of wool-fibre insulation in addition to a layer of Insulation. This provides excellent humidity and temperature control within the unit. The roller-shutter doors have two security locks. The concrete driveways are well-drained and suitable for heavy truck movement.

Security

Roma Park Commercial Development is a highly secured mixed-use zone, with perimeter fencing, access control and 24-hour security. Within this development, Roma Storage Solution is enclosed within an electrified perimeter fence. A 24-hour armed-response security service, CCTV and motion sensors provide first class security for clients' stored goods.

Insurance

An attractive insurance package is available for facility users that may wish to choose this option. This can be done on the spot with Roma Storage Solution as an addition to the user's license fee. A schedule of the rates can be obtained at the Roma Storage offices for users that may be interested in insuring their goods

Licence period

Roma Storage Solution offers month-to-month licences. Pre-pay plans are available which offer savings for long term customers.

Unit access

Clients can readily access their goods stored at Roma Storage Solution. The premises are open for access to storage units on weekdays and on Saturday mornings.
