NCL has been conceived as a 100 % self-sufficient plant right from the manufacturing of raw materials to the finished product conforming to ZABS standards.

The social aspect of NCL will be in its ability to generate employment for the local youth of Ndola. NCL has employs the majority of its workforce locally, trained by expats from the cable industry having decades of experience in this particular field. Cable manufacturing being a labour intensive industry, NCL provides a good opportunity for the local youth to learn skills which would help in their personal development.

NCL provides the Zambian and neighbouring markets with an alternative better in terms of quality, availability and pricing.
