On site oil analysis

Lube-X Technologies can also provide bigger companies their own laboratory equipment to be placed on-site. Sample costs can be significantly reduced provided a certain minimum number of tests are run each month on the analyser at the customer's premises.

A study will be done of the customer's current status together with future requirements in order to establish the viability of an on-site analyser. This company offers oil analysis sample kits which include an oil sample bottle (certified free from contaminants), 1m tubing as well as a courier bag for sending samples to them.

Their engine oil analysis kit provides the user with a detailed, yet easy to understand, report that covers all of the test results and shows the outcome of the engine oil analysis. Results are e-mailed to customers directly after each test as well as uploaded onto a website where trends and history can be tracked for each component.
