The program includes courses in financial accounting, managerial accounting, auditing, taxation, business law, finance, and economics, among others. Students are also required to complete a capstone project in their final year, where they apply their knowledge and skills to a real-world accounting problem.
In addition to classroom learning, students in the Bachelor of Science in Accounting program at Northrise University have the opportunity to participate in internships and experiential learning opportunities. These experiences help students gain practical skills and build their professional network.
Upon graduation, students are prepared for a variety of career paths in accounting and finance, including working in public accounting firms, corporations, government agencies, or non-profit organizations. Students are also prepared to pursue professional accounting certifications, such as the ACCA (the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) is the global body for professional accountants.

To be eligible for the award of the degree Bachelor of Finance and Accounting (BFA) students must meet the following requirements.
