The Japanese craft gin. Distilled in Japan with 6 unique Japanese botanicals. “ROKU” means “six”, represents the number of botanicals, that create this Japanese craft gin. In accordance with shun, the Japanese philosophy of seasonality, these are harvested when they have reached their peak flavour. Sakura Flower, Sakura Leaf, Yuza Peel, Sencha Tea, Gyokuro Tea, Sanshō Pepper. These are carefully combined with traditional gin botanicals, to ensure a unique, yet authentic, taste.

THE RITUAL:

1. Add six thinly sliced sticks of fresh ginger to a long glass filled with ice.

2. Pour in good quality tonic water.

3. Add 5cl of ROKU Gin and stir carefully to mix.
