Note:
Participants Receive: | No one will be permitted to attend practical snake handling training unless they have first attended “Snake Awareness & Recognition” and optionally, “Toxinology & Snakebite Management”. Upon completing the other two courses, including “Snake Handling”, participants may wish to commit to becoming a “Snake Remover” for the area in which they live and work. This commitment is subject to conformance with the requirements of the Department of National Parks and Wildlife Conservation (DNPW) and the Wildlife Act of 2016. It will also require some study and a declaration of competence based on both a theory test, as well as a practical assessment. Over and above the described contact sessions, Snakes Alive Zambia can also provide the following at an additional cost |
