Terms and conditions

• Hall hire or outdoor restaurant hire for the wedding or function is K1,000.00
• We seat a maximum of 120 persons in the hall and 250 on the outdoor restaurant.
• Drinks are charged separately as per consuption
• Bar price list is here provided
• Drinks from outside will attract a corkage charge of K25 per person
• Clients to buy their own ice
• Menus can also be used for outside catering
• Functions can be tailor made to customer specification in terms of set up and decor
• Decor is done by the clients
• Wedding photos are charged at K550.00 with a 50% discount for weddings done at the hotel

Complimentary

• Wedding night for the couple for groups of 100pax and above, otherwise numbers less than 100pax will get a 30% discount.
• Payments can be done in the account provided below and proof of deposit should be availed to the hotel to obtain a receipt.
• To confirm a booking, a 30% deposit is needed to block the date and full payment is to be made at least 10 days before the function date
• Cancellation of a confirmed booking is charged at 30% of what has been paid.
