Why Olé is healthy

This triple refined oil is rich in two essential fatty acids for maintaining a well balanced health. It contains Omega 3 fatty acid necessary for keeping a healthy heart, and Omega 6 fatty acids which helps to develop a healthy immune system. Olé cooking oil is 100% cholesterol free and is also free of palm oil. As a result it does not solidify.

About the Olé brand

The company commenced operations in 1982 with the production of soap household brand names like Solo, Armstrong, Everyday, Refresh and Don. The company started refining vegetable oils in 1988, upgrading its technology and introducing new plant and equipment. The factory upgrade was completed in 2003 and the commercial production of Olé brand cooking oil then commenced.
