The core product of this division is the fabrication of aluminium frames and glass to the construction industry, banking and diplomatic clients, commercial and residential applications. Available in tailor-made or standard sizes, their aluminium products are differentiated from that provided by the majority of their competitors by the cornerstones of their service, namely in-depth quality in fabrication, real-time supervision of the installation, and their flexible ability to adapt to changes in building construction and design. In addition to this is the use of technology to integrate with other electronic devices with attention to detail.

The rationale is not only to satisfy demand and improve the effectiveness of the product thereby adding value but to provide an all-encompassing cost-effective design in conjunction with the day to day use. Frameless glass

Rapid Aluminium is leading the way in offering frameless glass shower enclosures, doors, office partitions and balustrades to the Zambian market. These products have typically not been available due to the high level of accuracy needed in the measurement, difficulty in transportation and technical nature of installations. However, due to the expertise and knowledge of their fitters, built up over decades, Rapid Aluminium has no hesitation in taking on the most complex and demanding requests.

Using the latest Bosch™ laser measuring equipment, Rapid Aluminium takes millimeter-perfect measurements that capture any variances in wall lean or slope and datum levels. Their bespoke design software helps ensure that all glass and hardware specified are compliant with global safety standards. Once confirmed each piece of glass is ordered and transported from their suppliers in South Africa for the installation to take place.

Skylights

Rapid Aluminium has a long and fruitful partnership with Rainbow Skylights™ of South Africa and is their preferred installer within Zambia. As the largest fabricator or skylight in the Southern Hemisphere, Rainbow is renowned for the quality of its products and breadth of experience. In Rapid Aluminium they have a partner who shares these traits.

Rapid Aluminium is pleased to offer standard size shower enclosures in either natural anodized or white.

Windows and doors are made of aluminium, a minimum of 2mm thick and specifications that meet South African standards. Laminated safety glass is used for thicknesses below 1mm and float glass is used where thicker glass is required.
