Initial installation
Protocol Technologies performs site visits and can advise clients on the best equipment and network topologies to use, depending on the layout of the building and the number of employees. All equipment supplied is on warranty. For equipment sourced from outside the country, clients are advised on expected dates and a temporary solution can be provided whilst waiting for the equipment to arrive.
Supply of products
Protocol Technologies supplies servers, laptops, desktops, computer accessories such as external hard drive, USB keyboards, computer mice, modems (both internal and external), fax machines and cartridges for fax machines and printers.
