Generator sets

Powerworld is happy to carry out an assessment prior to purchase to establish the size of generator set needed. This service is free of charge. They supply generator sets from 7kva to 500kva, and both as open and acoustic sets. The company stocks the LLD water-cooled model, the Gamma series acoustic model and the Omega LL0 200 series model. All these models are from the Lister Petter range. All carry a two year or a 200 hours warranty which ever is the sooner. The company supplies generator sets to hotels, supermarkets, banks and farmers as well as individuals.

Welding sets

The Lister Petter Alpha series welding sets supplied by Powerworld are close-coupled to liquid-cooled diesel engines. They come with an alternator, a radiator, a two-wheeler site trolley and a 40 litre integrated fuel tank. The 2 or 3 cylinder engine is diesel fuelled with a dry type air cleaner. It comes with a standard two year warranty. It comes with a standard two year warranty or 200 hours which ever is the sooner.

Irrigation pump sets

Each Lister Petter TR series pump set is configured to ensure optimum performance. These sets are suitable for tropical conditions and continuous operation for up to 24 hours a day. They have a handle start, and either a 70l integrated fuel tank or a 13.5l engine mounted fuel tank depending on the model.

Bare engines

The TR1, 2 and 3 series diesel-powered engines have a power range of 5.5kW to 28.5kW and a full load speed range of 1,500 to 2,500 revs per minute. With either hand or 12 volt electric starting, they are designed for continuous operation in ambient temperatures of up to 52°C. Each engine has a two year warranty or 200 hours which ever is the sooner as standard and comes with a flywheel and housing, inlet and outlet manifolds, spin-on lubricating oil filter, fuel filter and decompresser levers.Information
