Each bus is equipped with first-aid kits, fire extinguishers and has third party insurance cover. Customers can pre-book one day in advance confirming the time and date of travel. The current Power Tools route includes Lusaka to Copperbelt, Nakonde, Mpulungu and Luwingu.

In keeping with their strap line, 'a culture of continuous improvement,' Power Tools is planning to open up cross border routes to Botswana and South Africa in the near future.
Loyalty program
Power Tools runs a loyalty program to reward regular passengers. With every ten tickets a passenger accumulates, they qualify for one complimentary ticket.
Fleet
New buses are regularly added to the fleet and all buses are serviced and maintained by trained Power Tools mechanics at their service depot. Servicing standards are as recommended by the coach manufacturers. In the rare case of breakdown, a back-up bus is dispatched immediately.
Safety and security
Power Tools ensures that every effort is made to ensure passenger safety. Luggage safety is guaranteed – if you accidentally leave an item of baggage on the bus, it will be kept securely for you to claim on presentation of your booking receipt. Customers also enjoy large luggage discounts.
