Store returns policy

You may return new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned in new or unused condition and contain all original materials included with the purchase. Products that have been used will be refused. If the return is a result of Oriental Food & Gift Store error, they will refund the full cost of the merchandise and delivery charges if applicable.
