Lillian Mohapeloa School

Believing that illiteracy is the barrier to child development, Lillian Mohapeloa School provides good all round early-learning education, with an emphasis on self motivation and self discipline. At the primary level the school offers a highly disciplined and structured environment within which pupils are encouraged to develop their potential and become friendly, alert and confident.

Subjects offered at the school include French, English, Mathematics, Social Studies, Environmental Science and Religious Education. English is used throughout the school. Lessons run from 7.15 to 15.30 hours.

Pre-school age children are fully catered for. For continuity, your child may enter the school at pre-school level before moving up into the primary level.

About the founders

Lillian Mohapeloa was started by Mosa and Morrison Bulaya whose passion for the community saw the small school grow to become one of most recognised schools in the area.

Mr Morrison Bulaya has since moved on to become a full time pastor and opened the Mount of Olives church In Kabangwe compound in Lusaka. With the help of the Lillian Mohapeloa School, friends and relatives, the church is currently at roof level and will soon be completed. The church is dedicated to feeding orphans and the underprivileged people in the community.
