One Le Dolphin's Grand Paradiso restaurant is situated at the hotel itself in Kalundu in Roma; the other, under the original 'Le Triumph Dolphin' brand, at Northmead. Both offer succulent seafood and steak, combined with cocktails and karaoke. The tempting, tantalising and freshly prepared menu draws on influences from all four corners of the globe - a fusion of Creole and Cajun flavours.
Favourites include Portuguese calamari salad and honey glazed quail, tropical creole curry, Indonesian style chicken, chicken tikka masala, beef in hot Creole sauce, Creole lamb curry, salmon with garlic rice, colonial style jumbo prawns in coconut, king crab marinated in rum and giant rump steak with a selection of great classic sauces (try the honey mustard).
Cocktail bar
The fully stocked cocktail bar has a wide selection of beverages. Here guests can unwind in a relaxed setting while enjoying the company. There's a complete range of wines, spirits, liquors, beers, soft drinks, fresh juices with local and international flavours. They also offer a colourful and exciting range of cocktails for which Le Dolphin's Grand Paradiso is especially known.
Karaoke
As the evening draws on, these Lusaka restaurants create a fun-filled night of karaoke heaven! The night often starts with a performance by the lively and entertaining restaurant owner Santosh, who will then warmly welcome guests to the stage to sing their favourite songs to their hearts' content. You can choose from an extensive variety of popular artists and songs across all genres.
