Each villa has a private lovely swimming pool of its own, with sun loungers and umbrellas enclosed in a small fenced off area, which makes it safe for the young ones.
Fallsway Villa rates are urban castles, lacking for nothing. Each villa has three large bedrooms, with the master bedroom en suite. All the furniture in the villas is as displayed: plush and luxurious. Fallsway bedrooms host hotel grade, posturepedic beds and mattresses. All are very strong, modern and newly manufactured from beautiful hardwood mahogany and antique oak timber, the same wood that furnishes a large open-plan lounge and dining room. There is a furnished study/office in each villa, for guests to work in.
The villas have a large bathroom and a third guest toilet/ powder room complements the one in stately, self-contained master quarters. All our bathrooms generally are modern with lovely freestanding bathtubs, frameless showers, high quality fittings, and Caesar stone vanities. There is also the convenience of a guest toilet.Each of two bathrooms (one en suite) is serviced with bathroom amenities – soap, shampoo, lotion and toilet paper – and also come with different sizes of bath towels and bath mats.
A fully fitted and equipped German made kitchen and scullery are absolutely gorgeous with all the latest appliances, cutlery, crockery and utensils. These include a microwave oven, a conventional oven, a Hob, an extractor fan, a fridge/ freezer, a dishwasher, a washing machine and a tumble dryer.The crockery is imported from America and is the famous high quality Corning ware brand. The worktops are all made of Caesar stone, which gives the kitchen its unique look.
Each villa has two TVs and two DSTV decoders: one fitted in the master bedroom and the other in a separate TV lounge, all with full DSTV packaging for your entertainment.There are tea and coffee facilities in your villa, also supplied on a daily basis.Laundry is carried out for you on a daily basis, free of charge. The linen in the villa is also changed and washed twice a week. Bathroom linen like towels and bathmats is changed daily.
There is a well-trained personal maid for each villa who will do the housekeeping for the entire villa, including the kitchen mess.This is done daily including on the weekends and public holidays. Our housekeeping staff are highly trained qualified and will go that extra mile to make your stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible.
The villas are located in one of the safest areas of Lusaka, but still equipped with 24 HR security from one of the most reputable security firms in the country. The entire property is surrounded by an electric fence. Furthermore, each villa is installed with electronic beams, which are designed to protect the villa from any possible intrusions.
The villas are set in lovely landscaped gardens with lots of space and garden furniture for you to picnic, lounge or even meditate on. There are also barbeque facilities and our staff will do the necessary arrangements for you to host a braii.
