Terms and conditions
- All prices are quoted and payable in kwacha or dollar
- All tours should be in groups of not less than 2 pax
- Children under 12 pay half price
- In all tours, pickups of guests within Lusaka are included in the price list. Fair Travel reserves the right to cancel any tour booking due to rain, closure by national parks or other unforeseen events
- Refunds are offset against future bookings. If you prefer bank transfer, a minimum bank fee of US$50 is charged
Groups
- Guest lists are to be provided 4 weeks prior to date of travel
- Tour leader/s are to be indicated as such or they will be charged
- Children aged under 12 years or under 2 years should be clearly indicated. Otherwise they will be charged as adults
Child policy
- Children under 12 years pay half price and children under 2 years are not charged

Payments
- No reservation is secured/confirmed until a deposit of 50% is received
- Failure to pay before your guests arrive will result in cancellation
- No cancellation will be entertained thereafter and the client will be responsible for the full cost of the booking
- Any account running for more than 60 days will be closed permanently

- All payments to be received into Fair Travel's Standard Chartered account at the US$ invoiced amount in order to confirm your booking
Cancellations Cancellation must be received and acknowledged in writing. The following conditions apply:
- Any reduction in numbers 4 weeks prior to arrival will be charged a 50 % cancellation fee nontransferable fee
- Tours and transfers attract a 100% cancellation fee if not advised 12 hours before pick up time in writing
