All food served is strictly Halaal. Meals are prepared by highly trained chefs who have vast experience from various five star hotels around the world. Guests can choose between indoor or outdoor dining. If you prefer sitting indoor you'll experience an exclusive atmosphere, with a traditional and elegant touch. The gardens also have a range of entertaining activities for all age groups. One of the biggest projector screens in Lusaka gives guests the opportunity of watching their favourite teams playing live, or a movie or a range of music videos. The gardens also accommodates a pizza oven, a cosy chalet bar and a play area for young guests. The play area houses a large cage with several domestic animals for little ones to view up close.

Dazzle Grill has two bars, a formal indoor bar and a cosy outdoor bar. The indoor bar serves some of the world's best wines and whiskies, along with chilled beers and unique cocktails. The indoor bar also lodges a state of the art coffee shop which offers a full range of coffees and teas.

The outdoor bar is located in the garden entertainment area. This bar has a more casual atmosphere and caters for people of all ages as they enjoy soccer or a film on the big screen.
