Crocodile River Camp offers three twin chalets that all rest beneath a grove of spectacular Muchenja (Ebony) trees. Each chalet overlooks a dambo and is perfectly situated to enable guests to observe the daily wildlife action as it unfolds. The Crocodile River Camp chalets are a delightful combination of natural building materials and imaginative architecture. The end result is a simple, comfortable and personal experience for guests. With enough to keep even the most energetic teenager occupied the Chikoko Trails Camps are ideal for families. Situated in the South Luangwa National Park, along the west bank of the Luangwa, the Chikoko Trails Camps are comprised of two private camps: Chikoko Tree Camp and Crocodile River Camp.

This ensures that everything from delicious meals and snacks to the organisation of dinners under the stars is taken care of. Crocodile River Camp is seasonally operated. It is open annually from the 25th of May to the 31st of October.
