Alliance Francaise de Lusaka
Alliance Française de Lusaka is a non-profit organisation that is part of a network of 1052 alliances set up in 152 countries. Established in 1972, their aim is to promote and implement the teaching of French and encourage the appreciation of the French language and Francophone cultures. The centre is also a hub for music, film, art, theatre, and exhibitions for international and Zambian artists. A portion of the proceedings go toward local empowerment, giving vulnerable children in Zambia a chance at a better life.
