Ophelia Nyambe appointed as Chief Financial Officer

Ecobank Zambia is pleased to announce the appointment of Ophelia Nyambe as Chief Financial Officer, effective 7th September 2022. Ophelia brings to Ecobank vast knowledge and experience gained from her over 15 years distinguished career background in Financial Services covering Banking, Investments and Pensions.

Having worked across multiple businesses of varying complexity across Zambia and the Region, she will also provide strategic leadership and oversight to Ecobank by working with other Departmental Heads to devise, implement and monitor plans that will enhance the Bank’s performance.

Ophelia is a graduate of the University of Zambia, holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration obtained from the University of holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration obtained from the University of the Witwatersrand in South Africa, and is a Fellow Member of CIMA, ACCA and ZICA.
