Registrations are now open for the 32nd African Hydro Symposium
It gives us great pleasure to announce that the AHS Secretariat, Kafue Gorge Regional Training Centre (KGRTC), will be hosting the 32nd African Hydro Symposium.
Owing to global business focus on recovery efforts from the COVID-19 pandemic, the 2022 Symposium of shall be held virtually for the third successive year. The Virtual Symposium shall be conducted via Microsoft Teams and/or ZOOM, hosted in Namalundu, Zambia, on Wednesday 2nd and Thursday 3rd November, 2022,by KGRTC, under the theme “Hydropower – Powering Clean Communities and Global Recovery”. This invitation has been extended to you, members of your organization and others who might find the Symposium to be of interest.

The Kafue Gorge Regional Training Centre (KGRTC) is an ISO 9001 certified organisation established in 1989 that has a focus to provide a learner centred environment for the acquisition of knowledge, skills and competencies in energy as well as information and communication technologies. The centre also provides a state of the art conference venue and excellent accommodation at reasonable rates throughout the year. KGRTC is the centre for hydropower training in Sub Sahara Africa.
